Strategy, forum, blog and on-boarding UX for community start-up

The strategy for this start-up was to build an online presence for step families with initial focus on step moms and their challenges.

Running a few Facebook ads provided insight into the interest and type of communication within the step mom community. The website is designed and developed using a content management system that allows the start-up to continue to add useful content for its community in a blog while the forum allows participants to engage with other members and begin their own dialogue.
